TIPS & TRICKS
Did you know you can update your Graphs on demand? If you have missing info, or need to go back and fill in a section, you can do so using the MBS Chrome Plugin.
With the MBS Chrome Plugin installed, when you’re logged into your Seller Central and your ManageByStats, you’ll see a Download Data button and date field under Graphs:
Select the start date from which you need to update, then click Download and the process will run and show progress, updating your graphs.
If you don’t yet have the MBS Chrome Plugin, it has multiple uses and it takes literally seconds to get:
When you add it to your Chrome you’ll see the MBS logo icon in the top right:
And will be able to use the Plugin to:
- Update Graphs
- Manually update Keywords (if using the Keywords tool)
- Update Reviews (Products > Reviews)
- Update Feedback (Transactions > Feedback)
- Update Stats / Transactions
Many of these are updated automatically, but if you need to do an update for latest info the Plugin will help you do it.

A young guy named Tommy bought a horse from a farmer for $250, and the farmer agreed to deliver the horse to Tommy the following day.
The next day the farmer turned up at Tommy’s house and said, “Sorry, son, but I have some bad news. The horse died.”
Tommy replied, “Well, then just give me my money back. That’s fine.”
The farmer said, “Sorry, I can’t do that. I done spent it already.”
Tommy thought a minute, then said, “Fine, then, just bring me the dead horse.”
The farmer was surprised and asked Tommy, “Why? What ya gonna do with him?”
Tommy replied, “I’m going to raffle him off.”
The farmer laughed and said, “You can’t raffle off a dead horse! Who’d buy a ticket?”
Tommy answered, “Sure I can. Just don’t tell anybody the horse is dead.”
A month later, the farmer met up with Tommy again and asked, “What happened with that dead horse? Did you raffle him off?”
Tommy said, “I sure did. I sold 500 tickets at $5 apiece.”
The farmer said, “Didn’t anyone complain?”
Tommy smiled and said, “Just the guy who won. So I gave him his $5 back.”
