Templates

Templates are not required.  However, if you’ll be adding multiple messages that have the same email body and links and other elements, Templates can be helpful.  Each Template contains only the basics of a message, including the Subject, the After trigger and the Email Body.

Click the “+” sign to add a Template.

Fill out as desired and Add it.  You’ll then be able to use that template when creating a new Message.
