Each time you log into ManageByStats your initial landing page is the Dashboard. You’ll notice a menu along the side, and it can be collapsed as needed. Click the arrow in the upper left to collapse and expand the menu:
Some of the menu items have an arrow (>). When you roll over those you’ll get an additional, secondary menu.
For example, rolling over the main menu item “Customers” gives you a secondary menu with multiple items:
You’ll notice a question mark button (?) on all screens:
Click that, and then click "KNOWLEDEGE BASE" to get help specific to the page you’re on.
For example, if you’re on the “Statistics” page, clicking the (?) button and then selecting "KNOWLEDGE BASE" will take you to the help on Stats.

There’s also a “GUIDE” button, which will walk you through step-by-step overviews of pages where the GUIDE button exists.
