Basics & Navigation

Each time you log into ManageByStats your initial landing page is the Dashboard.  You’ll notice a menu along the left side:

 

Some of the menu items have an arrow (>).  When you click those you’ll get an additional, secondary menu.

For example, clicking the main menu item “Customers” gives you a secondary menu with multiple items:

 

There will be a BACK button which closes that secondary menu and takes you back to the main menu.

 

At the top right you can always find the main controls for your account.

 

The question mark button (?) gives access to the Knowledge Base and other Help functions:

Click "KNOWLEDEGE BASE" to get help specific to the page you’re on.

For example, if you’re on the “Statistics” page, hovering over the (?) button and then selecting "KNOWLEDGE BASE" will take you to the help on Stats.

Note: this will open in a new tab.

Also on the Help menu is an “EMAIL SUPPORT” option.  Use that to submit a ticket to Support. We’re here Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 9 PM EST.  You can also send an email directly to:

Themes

If you hover over your account icon in the top right you'll see options to select the Theme.  You can choose a "Light" or 'Dark" theme for your MBS, along with color options.

 

The “GUIDE” button, which will walk you through step-by-step overviews of pages where a GUIDE for that page exists.

Clicking that brings up a step-by-step guide with "Next" prompts.  You can exit the guide at any time by clicking ESC.

 

Hovering over the Notification (Bell) icon gives you any notifications pending, and the Learn button gives you a selection of training videos for that page.
