Graphs
Select Graphs in the Add Dashlet dialog.
You're then able to select the Type of Graph, set parameters for your Graph dashlet and give it a title:
The new Graph dashlet then appears on your Dashboard, with the on-hover options for configuration and all other options as with any other dashlet.
