We’ve been on the road this week, putting in lots of miles in the air and on the ground. First was SellerCon, last weekend, and it was, in short, Amazing. Definitely lived up to the host’s name: Amazing.com.

From there we went to Chicago. As you read this we’re on our last day at the IRCE. It’s a huge event, bigger even then we expected, and we hope by now we’ve had a chance to meet a lot of our old friends and make new ones.

SellerMail is your automated customer email solution, and it’s in your MBS. Most of you are using SellerMail for response emails to your customers, but you may not know there are a multitude of additional criteria that can be set for each email rule.
In SellerMail > Email Rules, when you create or edit a rule, you have an option to “Show Advanced”.
Expanding the Advanced section gives you more selections for custom building your email rule.
Specify SKUs, restrict when the email sends based on spend, customer LTV (Lifetime Value), refund status, limit emails based on order and other criteria, add attachments, insert coupons and more.
