Today we’ll touch on the Repeat Buyer option in your automated customer response email tool, SellerMail.In your ManageByStats, under SellerMail > Email Rules, you see the email rules you’ve created. When you edit any Rule, there’s a Show Advanced button ...… which expands to offer many additional options.One of those options is Repeat Buyer:Choose from several “Types”:
Ignored = email is not restricted by repeat buyer status.
Any product = email is restricted by how many times buyer has bought anything from seller.
Selected SKUs = email is restricted by how many times buyer has bought any of the specified SKUs from Seller.
Excluded SKUs = email is restricted by how many times buyer has bought any product from seller other than the specified SKUs.
